We can support you in your measuring tasks.
For us, customer-oriented services take center stage: From consultation to planning, programming and training up to follow-up support and maintenance – We are there for you! You would like to measure components? Then we will advise you on which technology is best suited for this task.
We will also support you in reducing manufacturing waste and help in the construction of a new measuring cell or with modifications of an existing system. Irrespective whether a manual measuring workstation, in-process or post-process measurement, we would be happy to provide you with advice and assistance or we can prepare a fully individual feasibility analysis.
Individual software applications
You would like to connect to a higher-level system and require a communication interface for this? We will develop a concept with which the exchange of data will work smoothly and also deliver the suitable software connection along with it.
With all digitalization measures, we recommend the exchange of data using OPC UA (Open Platform Communications Unified Architecture), one of the most important communication protocols for Industry 4.0 and the IoT. OPC UA as a communication standard. The correct exchange of data between IT and machine forms the basis of any successful digitalization process.
The transferred machine data can be measured values, sensor data, control variables or control instructions. Contact us when you wish to update your company.
Preparation and commissioning
The measuring tasks and the measuring sequence must be well thought out to serve their purpose in a user-oriented and process-reliable manner.
For your measuring tasks to be implemented, these must have been well thought out. In close collaboration with you, our experienced implementers will develop the suitable test sequence and also take care of the programming.
The commissioning is performed directly at the location of the pre-inspection or at the end customer. Our implementers and service staff are happy to travel and are active around the globe.
Support
Our service does not end with the acceptance. We will continue to constantly be by your side even after the introduction of our systems.
In the event of questions or issues, our support team will provide support via remote diagnostics on PC-based and network-integrated systems. Would you like to receive regular support? Then we offer different support packages and maintenance and servicing contracts.
Training
Improve your knowledge! You would like to improve your knowledge or write your test plans yourself? Then we will train you. Become more familiar with the PROMESS world in successive product training courses. With this knowledge, you will become a PROMESS professional. You will then be able to act in a flexible manner and independently implement and adapt your projects.
Our training courses will either be held on-site in your company or at our training facility in Berlin, Germany. We will adapt each event individually to your specific needs and requests. Here, we recommend the following structure:
Step 1 – Basic training course The perfect introduction into the world of PROMESS: You will be taught the basic knowledge of the handling of the test planning and the measuring program. In the course of this, you learn how to adapt existing test plans and how to prepare simple test plans on your own.
Step 2 – Advanced training course Become a PROMESS professional: Deepen the knowledge that was taught in the basic course. The complexity and functionality of test plans is expanded gradually, and you will be familiarized with the full flexibility of the PROMESS SPC software and how to control it.
Step 3 – Individual training course Are you already experienced in the implementation of test tasks and have encountered specific questions regarding a solution? Or do you have to implement a new challenging project and would like to receive support for this? In the course of the training, you will work out individually tailored solutions for your projects in collaboration with our implementers and expand the understanding of the possibilities provided by our software.
